EmpowerHER is a yearlong small-group program for high school girls focused on confidence, connection, and personal growth.
Meeting twice a month at Analy High School, students build practical skills in self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, friendships, boundaries, conflict resolution, and healthy decision-making.
Through discussion, interactive activities, reflection, and peer connection, EmpowerHER gives girls a supportive space to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and grow into the person they want to become.
